Introduction to Dispensing Machines

 I. Introduction to Dispensing Machines

Dispensing machines, also known as coating machines, dropping machines, and glue dispensing machines, are specialized automated devices designed

to control fluids and apply them drop by drop or spread them on the surface or inside of products. They are widely used across various industries.

II. Working Principle of Dispensing Machines

The working principle of a dispensing machine typically involves using compressed air to send glue into a bottle (syringe), which then forces the glue into

a feeding tube connected to a piston chamber. When the piston is in its upper stroke, the chamber fills with glue. As the piston moves downward, pushing

the dispensing needle, the glue is expelled from the needle tip. The amount of glue dispensed is determined by the distance the piston travels downward,

which can be adjusted manually or controlled automatically via software.

III. Classification of Dispensing Machines

Dispensing machines can be classified based on their level of automation into manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic types. Each type has its own

characteristics and suitable applications. For example, manual dispensing machines are easy to operate and relatively low in cost, making them suitable

for small batch production and simple dispensing tasks; semi-automatic machines offer higher precision and productivity, fitting for medium and small

batch production; fully automatic machines provide high accuracy, speed, and stability, ideal for large-scale and complex dispensing tasks.

IV. Application Areas of Dispensing Machines

Dispensing machines have widespread applications across various sectors, including electronics, automotive, chemical, aerospace, and more. Specific

applications include mobile phone keypad dispensing, mobile phone battery packaging, PCB board bonding sealing, IC packaging, car light sealing,

instrument and equipment sealing, etc.

 V. Functions and Features of Dispensing Machines

Precise Positioning: Dispensing machines can perform three-dimensional and four-dimensional path dispensing, achieving precise targeting and fine

control of glue application.

Multiple Dispensing Modes: Capable of performing point, line, area, arc, and irregular curve continuous gap filling functions.

Efficient Production: Particularly, fully automatic dispensing machines can automatically complete loading, unloading, positioning, and dispensing tasks,

significantly enhancing production efficiency.

Strong Adaptability: Dispensing machines can be assessed according to different production needs and technical requirements to choose the most

suitable model.

VI. Current Development and Trends of Dispensing Machines

With the continuous development of industrial production and increasing demands, the evolution of dispensing machines is progressing rapidly. Future

dispensing machines are expected to further improve in terms of automation level, precision, and production efficiency to meet more diverse and

 complex application needs.

As an essential piece of automated production equipment, dispensing machines play an indispensable role in industrial manufacturing. When selecting

and applying dispensing machines, it is necessary to evaluate based on actual production needs and technical requirements, choosing the most suitable

model. Additionally, correct operating methods and maintenance are crucial for ensuring long-term stable operation and efficient production of

dispensing machines.
